Have you ever taken a very good photo, only to discover that the background has ruined it? Or maybe you want to create a photo montage for commercial or decorative purposes, or just for fun. This program allows you to remove the unwanted background or elements in your photos. Unlike other similar programs, this one is standalone, meaning that it is not associated with another image editing program like Photoshop; thus, you can simply open it and start working. It has a very simple interface, which features only the basic tools: a green pencil to mark the parts you want to keep, and a red one to mark those parts to delete. One of the program's advantages is that you don't need to fill every inch of the part you want to keep or delete, since the program will select automatically the areas with similar colors. You can preview the results of this first editing process by clicking on the Preview button. Normally, these results are somewhat rough, but you can refine them by customizing the markers' width, opacity and intensity. Also, before refining the photo edition, you can select a new background. This can make the refining process easier since a colored or photographic background will provide a good contrast for perfecting your photos' edges.
The shareware version of the program is fully functional during 14 days. If you find it useful and want to use it longer, you will need to purchase a license.
